⌁ I retain ownership of all artwork and unsold character designs from cancelled commissions.

⌁ You are not allowed to mint my artwork as an NFT or to use for training A.I. databases.

⌁ I reserve the right to use any artwork that I have made for advertising.

⌁ I will not start work until I have received full payment.

⌁ You are not allowed to use my artwork for any form of merchandising unless discussions prior to the work lead to an agreement.

⌁ I must be linked properly on character's profile, regardless if my artwork is used as the main reference and/if the design has been modified in any way by you or any other artist.

⌁ I retain all right to use character designs as examples for advertising.

⌁ You cannot claim to have designed a character that I have designed, even if you have modified the design to being unrecognizable.

⌁ I retain all ownership of any character designs that are rejected during any transactions between commissioners.

⌁ I retain all ownership of any artwork I have created of said character design. Do not use my artwork to make any amount of profit.*

⌁ I retain all ownership of a character until it is fully completed and I release ownership entirely.
