These are my terms for art-related work.

Work days are:
Mondays - SaturdaysI do not have set hours nor do I take deadlines.

⋆ Illustration Work ⋆

⋆ I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. I will not disclose the reason unless it is deemed necessary.⋆ My artwork is not to be used for any form of hate speech or support of harmful ideologies.⋆ I reserve the right to use any artwork that I have made for advertising.⋆ I work on commissions as I can! I do not have a set schedule. Deadlines will not be accepted.⋆ I retain ownership of all artwork.⋆ I will not start work until I have received full payment.⋆ You are not permitted to make any changes to my artwork without seeking prior approval!⋆ You are not allowed to mint my artwork as an NFT or to use for training A.I. databases.⋆ You are not allowed to use my artwork for any form of merchandising unless discussions prior to the work lead to an agreement.

⋆ Character Design ⋆

⋆ I must be linked properly on character's profile, regardless if my artwork is used as the main reference and/if the design has been modified in any way by you or any other artist.⋆ You cannot claim to have designed a character that I have designed, even if you have modified the design to being unrecognizable.⋆ I retain all ownership of any artwork I have created of said character design. Do not use my artwork to make any amount of profit.⋆ I retain all right to use character designs as examples for advertising.⋆ I retain all ownership of any character designs that are rejected during any transactions between commissioners.⋆ I retain all ownership of a character until it is fully completed and I release ownership entirely.

A smaller, sillier and simpler style that is based more in fun than visual accuracy. Will be colored as close to reference as possible!

A rough drawing of your character, slightly cleaned up and colored in 1-2 colors. Can be colored to reference for an extra $20.
